Thabo Ngulube

Thabo Ngulube is a dedicated professional with experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) across various organizations. Currently serving as a MERL officer at iDE since October 2021, Thabo also briefly worked as a Data Entry Clerk at St. Dominic Hospital, where responsibilities included data management and viral load follow-up. Prior to these roles, Thabo held a MERL officer position at FHI 360 and worked as a Research Assistant at Atlas Mara, focusing on market research and the feasibility of banking services for small and medium enterprises. Thabo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies with Demography from the University of Zambia, earned between 2014 and 2018.
