Joice Benza

Joice Benza currently serves as a Board Member for the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) since September 2023 and has held the position of President of the Computer Society of Zimbabwe since August 2022. As the Managing ICT Consultant and CEO at X-PERT SOLUTIONS since February 2011, Joice focuses on ICT consultancy, project management, and digital transformation, specializing in areas such as Big Data analytics, cybersecurity, IoT, and artificial intelligence. Additional roles include Non-Executive Director at AFC Insurance and previously Vice President of the Computer Society of Zimbabwe. Joice has extensive experience in various ICT management roles, including Group ICT Executive at First Mutual Holdings Limited and Group ICT Manager at British American Tobacco. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Nottingham Trent University and multiple certifications in project and financial management from reputable institutions.
