Ben Holt is an accomplished leader in strategic foresight and innovation with extensive experience in humanitarian and charitable sectors. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Strategic Foresight at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Ben previously held pivotal roles at British Red Cross, Cancer Research UK, and Médecins Sans Frontières, focusing on technology innovation, digital transformation, and strategic change. As a co-founder of multiple initiatives, including The African Workshop, Ben has a strong commitment to social impact through creative education and collaboration. Ben holds a Master of Science in Innovation, Creativity, and Leadership from Cass Business School, complemented by an American Studies degree from the University of Edinburgh.
