Jayant Kapre

Jayant Kapre is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director for the India Subcontinent at International Flavors & Fragrances since January 2024, Jayant previously held the position of CEO and Managing Director at Bagrry's from February 2023 to November 2023. Past roles include Managing Director at Avon, Business Head for Adjacent Bakery & Snacks at Britannia Industries Limited, and Managing Director for the India Region at International Flavors & Fragrances. Jayant also served as CEO for United Biscuits in India & South East Asia, Executive Vice President of Marketing at PepsiCo, Marketing Director at Wrigley, and Management Consultant at Accenture. Early in the career, Jayant was an Assistant Brand Manager at Gillette. Educational qualifications include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.A. in Economics from Hindu College.
