Rich Kellen

Rich Kellen is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in information security and IT infrastructure. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at IFF since November 2024, Rich has also contributed to Evanta, a Gartner Company, as CISO Governing Body Co-Chair since November 2014. Prior roles include VP and Chief Information Security Officer at Wind River, Chief Information Security Officer at Qorvo, and Chief Information Security Officer at Keysight Technologies. Rich's career began at Agilent Technologies, where various roles included Business IT Director and Director of Information Security. Additionally, Rich worked at Hewlett-Packard in management roles and served in the United States Air Force as Comm. Security Manager. Educationally, Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Rich possesses a Top Secret Government Security Clearance.
