Alice Phinizy

Alice Phinizy is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in nonprofit and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Board Treasurer for International Funders for Indigenous Peoples and a Strategic Consultant, Alice has demonstrated expertise in enhancing financial health and operational efficiency across various organizations. Previous roles include Director of Finance for Project HOPE and Director of Finance and Operations/Chief Finance & Operations Officer at Disability Rights Fund, where Alice led financial strategy and risk management during periods of significant growth. Additional experience includes positions at Trillium Brewing, Third Sector Capital Partners, Women’s Institute for Housing and Economic Development, and Paul Revere Memorial Association, showcasing a strong background in financial oversight, compliance, and organizational development. Alice holds an MBA in International Business and Organizational Management and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.
