Dhita Larasati Radcliffe

Dhita Larasati Radcliffe is an experienced professional in international development, currently serving as the Complex Program Start Up Team Lead and Senior Advisor for Mercy Corps, focusing on youth employment and market systems development across Africa. Prior to this, Dhita held consultancy roles with DevLearn and TechnoServe, providing technical advisory on results measurement and program design. Dhita's earlier experience includes significant positions at Palladium, managing portfolios for gender and social inclusion and leading initiatives that enhance agricultural investments for smallholders. Additionally, Dhita has a background in brand management and sales optimization at Unilever and held analytical roles within Indonesian governmental agencies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Development Economics and Policy from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia.
