Courtney Chiang Dorman

Courtney Chiang Dorman is a board member at the International League of Conservation Photographers. Prior to that, they were a partner and Chief Business Officer at Brunswick Group from April 2019 to November 2021. Courtney has also served as Senior and Operational Advisor at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from September 2018 to January 2019, Chief Operating Officer from April 2016 to September 2018, and Senior Vice President, People and Strategy from January 2005 to April 2016.

Courtney has spent their career focused on helping organizations grow and evolve. In their role as Chief Business Officer at Brunswick Group, they helped drive and develop the firm's global sector and practice group strategy. At Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, they served as Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for the firm's day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and execution of initiatives designed to enhance the firm's long-term growth and profitability. As Senior Vice President, People and Strategy, they were responsible for leading the firm's human resources function and developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.

Courtney is a recognized leader in the legal industry. Courtney has been named one of the "Most Influential People in Legal Services" by The American Lawyer magazine and one of the "Women Leaders in Law" by The National Law Journal.

Courtney Chiang Dorman attended Gettysburg College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.
