Camilla Marthinsen

Camilla Marthinsen is an experienced GBV Technical Advisor with a strong background in humanitarian action and protection programming, currently working with the International Medical Corps since December 2015. Marthinsen's expertise includes strategic management, advocacy, and technical support for country teams, as well as participation in global GBV working groups. Prior roles include serving as Protection Manager for the Danish Refugee Council, Roving GBV Sub Cluster Coordinator for UNFPA, and Sr. GBV/Protection Coordinator for the American Refugee Committee in South Sudan. Marthinsen has extensive experience in program implementation, capacity building, and emergency response, complemented by a Master's degree in International Humanitarian Action from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies from the University of Agder.
