Kathryn Williams

Kathryn (Sprague) Williams is a seasoned professional in resource development and events, currently serving as the Deputy Director at International Medical Corps since December 2013. Previously, Kathryn held various roles within the organization, including Senior Specialist and Resource Development Officer, and began a career in human resources as an HR Officer. Prior to this, Kathryn gained managerial experience at Apple Retail from 2010 to 2013 and held the position of Department Manager of Operations at L.L.Bean from 2007 to 2010. An international experience was also gained as an Assistant de Langue at LP Jean-Baptiste Clement in France. Kathryn holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
