Samuel Tilahun

Samuel Tilahun is an accomplished professional in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Consortium MEAL Manager at International Medical Corps since August 2024, Samuel previously held the position of Country Office Senior MEAL Expert at Welthungerhilfe from March 2023 to July 2024. Prior roles include Country Office MEL Specialist at Population Media Center, Program M&E Coordinator at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and Cluster Program MEAL Coordinator at World Vision. Samuel holds a Master's degree in Epidemiology and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, both from Bahir Dar University.
