Priscilla Chitatu Banda

Priscilla Chitatu Banda is a seasoned tax administration expert with extensive experience in taxpayer services, return processing, payment collection enforcement, audit and investigation, and tax reforms. Currently serving as a Tax Administration Advisor at the International Monetary Fund since July 2022, Priscilla previously held the position of Tax and Revenue Administration Expert at Inspire Tax for a brief period. Prior to that, Priscilla worked as a Revenue Administration Advisor at the International Monetary Fund and operated as a self-employed tax consultant. Notably, Priscilla served as Commissioner of Domestic Taxes at the Zambia Revenue Authority, where responsibilities included the administration and management of the Domestic Taxes Division to optimize domestic revenue mobilization. Priscilla holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Leicester, an ACCA qualification from the Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Zambia.
