Elizabeth Lin Forder

Elizabeth Lin Forder currently serves as the Director and Head of Ethics and PSEAH at IOM - UN Migration since August 2023. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Principal at Colby Woods LLC from October 2018 to August 2023, and worked as an Independent Consultant at Centennial Group International from November 2017 to December 2018. Elizabeth has extensive experience in legal and governance roles, having served as Secretary to the World Bank Group Sanctions Board, Senior Counsel, and Counsel and Special Assistant to the General Counsel at the World Bank Group from May 2001 to December 2016. Prior legal experience includes a position as an Attorney at Williams & Connolly LLP, Law Clerk to the Honorable Harry Pregerson at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and summer associate roles at prominent law firms. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes teaching English as a language instructor with the Yale-China Association. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
