Goncalves Nelson

Goncalves Nelson has been with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) since 2011, currently serving as the Head of the Legal Identity Unit, where responsibilities include ID management and biometrics. Previously held the position of Senior IBM Specialist and Manager of the IOM African Capacity Building Centre. Additionally, Goncalves worked as a Project Manager and Training Specialist. Education includes credentials from the Technical University of Lisbon.
