Charles Levell Hairston

Charles Levell Hairston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the paper and chemical manufacturing industries. Since joining International Paper in August 2006, Charles has advanced through various roles, including Vice President & General Manager of Recycling and Recovered Fibers, and has held positions such as Manager of Technical Services for Global Cellulose Manufacturing, Franklin Mill Manager, and Reliability Leader at the Riverdale Mill. Prior to this, Charles worked at Dow Chemical from 2002 to 2006 as a Run Plant Engineer/Six Sigma Blackbelt, focusing on operational efficiency and cost reduction in polypropylene production. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
