Jessica Neal

Jessica (Speer) Neal has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Chief Counsel for Complex Litigation at International Paper since January 2008, with previous roles in Labor and Employment, Antitrust, and Employment Litigation at the same company. Prior to this, Jessica worked as an Associate Attorney at Butler Snow from May 2004 to January 2008 and at Hermanssen McKibben Woolsey & Villarreal between July 2002 and September 2003. Jessica began their career at Matthews & Branscomb from 2000 to 2002. Academic credentials include a JD, cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center (1997-2000) and a BA in Political Science from Rhodes College (1993-1997). Jessica completed secondary education at Douglas County High School, earning a diploma from 1990 to 1993.
