Sarder Tawhid

Sarder Tawhid is an experienced professional specializing in education and innovation within international humanitarian contexts. Currently serving as an Innovation Specialist at the International Rescue Committee since October 2022, Sarder previously held roles at the Norwegian Refugee Council, including Coordinator of the Education Program and Interim Programme Focal Point at the Ukhia Field Office. Prior experience includes managerial and leadership development positions at ActionAid Bangladesh and Teach For Bangladesh, where Sarder contributed significantly as a Manager, Coach, Curriculum Specialist, and Campus Ambassador. Sarder holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education focused on Leadership and School Improvement, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from BRAC University.
