Joris Deckers

Joris Deckers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational technology and operations management. Currently serving as the Group IT & Operation Officer at the International School of London since September 2009, Joris champions strategic leadership and fosters a collaborative work environment. Additionally, Joris holds the position of Director of Technology at the International School of London Qatar and is a Client Advisory Board Member at Faria Education Group, providing expert guidance for educational transformation. As the Country Representative for Vlamingen in de Wereld, Joris strengthens ties within the Flemish and Belgian community in Qatar. Joris also founded Joris Deckers Consulting, offering specialized consultancy services in education and small to medium-sized businesses. Previous roles include training development at Johnson & Johnson and HR advisory at Avaya Communications, along with experience in real estate and retail management. Joris has pursued education at Qatar University, Guildford College, and Reed's School.
