Mauli Griesbaum

Mauli Griesbaum holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Currently serving as the Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Americas at International SOS since June 2021, Mauli has extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Previously, Mauli contributed at Wells Fargo from March 2013 to June 2021 in various roles including Professional Assignment for the Enterprise Job Architecture Project, Senior Talent Management Consultant, and Senior Employee Relations Consultant. Significant achievements include implementing a Workday-based Human Capital Management system and developing a new leadership strategy benefiting thousands of employees. Earlier career experience includes recruitment at The Walt Disney Company and HR management roles at Wells Fargo and RR Donnelley. Mauli holds the credentials of SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
