Billy Dover

Billy Dover has over four decades of experience in emergency services and fire management. Currently serving as a Firefighter/Paramedic at the International Speedway Corporation since July 1998, Billy previously held the position of Professor of Fire Science at Seminole State College of Florida from 1995 to 2011. A retired lieutenant firefighter paramedic inspector at Reedy Creek Improvement District, Billy has extensive expertise across various fire service operations, inspections, education, and investigations. Early career roles include Firefighter Paramedic at Orange County Fire Rescue and Navy Corpsman in the US Navy. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Emergency Services Management from Columbia Southern University and multiple associate and bachelor's degrees in fields related to fire science, emergency medical technology, and biology.
