Karen Gonzalez

Karen Gonzalez, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles, including Global Human Resources Director at the International Youth Foundation since December 2022. Prior to this position, Karen served as Human Resources Director at World Relief from December 2015 to July 2022, where responsibilities included evaluating and recommending improvements in organizational policies and overseeing employee development initiatives. Previous roles also encompassed training, talent acquisition, and church engagement at World Relief, as well as teaching English as a Second Language and managing educational programs for international organizations. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of South Florida.
