Mohammad Zohair Motiwala, CFA, ACA, is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as the Director of Financial Services Deal Advisory at Interpath Advisory since July 2024, focusing on M&A, capital raising, and special situations. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Alantra from September 2021 to February 2024, Mohammad specialized in M&A for financial institutions, advising on both sell-side and buy-side mandates. Prior roles include Associate Director at EY, where comprehensive valuation and due diligence was directed, and Manager within EY’s Financial Institutions Group with a focus on valuations relevant to M&A and restructuring. Extensive experience also includes positions at Deloitte and internships at Emirates Global Islamic Bank Limited and ABN AMRO Bank Ltd.
