Alan Pinto is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and investment advisory. Currently, Alan serves as a Partner at InterPrivate Acquisition Corp, a SPAC focused on collaborating with independent sponsors. Additionally, Alan holds the position of M&A Advisor at Emerson Equity, providing independent advisory services for significant business transactions. Previously, Alan was the Managing Partner at RMK Capital, an independent advisory and investment firm, and served as Managing Director at Dahlman Rose and Co. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and is an alumnus of The Dalton School in New York.
