Kendy Retana has extensive experience in various roles within shared services and administration, currently serving as the Shared Services & Facilities Manager and previously as Shared Services Team Lead at Intertec International since March 2014. Prior to this, Kendy worked at ACE Global Contact Centers INC. as a Call Center Representative from June 2013 to March 2014. Kendy's career began at Procter & Gamble, where from November 2002 to 2013, roles included Regional Administrator Vendor Master Data, Administrative Assistant, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Strategic Purchaser.
