Currently serving at InterVest Capital Partners since October 2023, Will previously held the position of Senior Director of Acquisitions & Capital Markets at Nightingale Properties from 2016 to 2023, where notable achievements included a series of advancements from Analyst to Director, underscoring a strong track record in property acquisition and enhancement. Earlier roles include Acquisition Analyst at Cohen Equities, where over 12 properties valued at $250 million were acquired, and a Summer Analyst at The Xerxes Group, LLC. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics & Management with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University and graduated cum laude from Kapaun Mt. Carmel Catholic High School.
