Cristina Motta

Cristina Motta is the Chief Transformation & Organization Officer at Intesa Sanpaolo, where responsibilities have included leading the Digital Branch Division and managing controls, cost monitoring, and investments within the Bank of Territories Division. Previously, Cristina served as the Head of Human Resources at Intesa Sanpaolo Vita and held the position of Resource Management Service Head at Intesa Sanpaolo. Earlier career experience also includes a role in Change Management at Andersen Consulting. Cristina holds a degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi, completed between 1991 and 1995, and attended Liceo Scientifico Gonzaga.
