Cameron McAulay

Cameron McAulay is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO at Transphorm Inc. since December 2015, Cameron previously held the position of Director of Worldwide Sales Finance at KLA from December 2012 to November 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Director for the Microcontroller and Touch Divisions at Atmel Corporation between September 2011 and November 2012, and as Chief Audit Executive and Finance Director at National Semiconductor from February 2004 to September 2011, where responsibilities included supporting manufacturing operations and overseeing SOX project management. Earlier in the career, Cameron worked as a Financial Accountant at SMG from February 2002 to February 2004. Cameron holds a degree from the University of Strathclyde, where studies were completed from 1993 to 1997.
