Rachelle Cartaño

Rachelle Cartaño, CSSWB, currently serves as the Director of Operations at IntouchCX since November 2024. Prior to this role, Rachelle held the position of Senior Operations Manager and Program Manager (Client Success Manager) at Collective Solution from February 2022 to November 2024. Rachelle's career began at iQor, where roles included Readiness and Revenue Ambassador and Operations Manager from June 2018 to February 2022. Rachelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned between August 2003 and February 2007.
