Minnie Baylor-Henry is currently an advisor at Intrinsic Capital Partners. Minnie has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry. Prior to joining Intrinsic, Minnie served as the Director of Regulatory Life Sciences at Deloitte from 2009 to 2011. In this role, they were responsible for providing regulatory consulting services to life science companies. Prior to Deloitte, Minnie was the Vice President of Medical & Regulatory Affairs at Johnson & Johnson-McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals from 2004 to 2008. In this role, they were responsible for the medical and regulatory affairs strategy for the US and Canadian markets. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Minnie worked at the US FDA as the Director of DDMAC from 1991 to 1999. In this role, they were responsible for the review and approval of all direct-to-consumer advertising and promotion for prescription drugs.
Minnie Baylor-Henry received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Howard University and a Doctor of Law from The Catholic University of America.
