Faye Cadwalader

Faye Cadwalader is an accomplished marketing and analytics professional currently serving as the Director of Loyalty and Retention at Intuit since November 2024. Prior experience includes a role as the Director of Marketing & Analytics at Sunoco LP, where contributions to loyalty marketing and customer insights were instrumental for a century-old brand. Faye has also held senior management positions at American Airlines, focusing on customer experience, contact center strategy, and enhancing the AAdvantage loyalty program, as well as participating in a prestigious Leadership Development Program. Earlier career experience includes a managerial position in B2B marketing at GE Capital and a research assistant role at the University of Texas at Austin. Faye holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
