Lance Williams

Lance Williams serves as the Head of Product & Design for the Virtual Expert Platform at Intuit since 2024, overseeing industry-transforming products such as TurboTax Live and QuickBooks Live. Previously, from 2020 to 2023, Williams held the role of Chief Product Officer for TurboTax, managing the platform across North America. Prior to Intuit, Williams was the Head of Product Management at Apple (2012-2020), where leadership focused on conversational products and technology-driven innovation for retail. Additional experience includes teaching at Baker University, directing customer experience products at T-Mobile (2000-2012), and serving as a board member for the Fremont Children's Peace Pavilion. Williams began as a Senior Software Engineer at Lumen Technologies (1993-2000), contributing to application development in various environments. Williams holds an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University and additional degrees from DePaul University and Baker University.
