Poonam Gupta Khan

Poonam Gupta Khan is an experienced Talent Development Leader with a focus on India, Israel, Australia, and the Rest of the World at Intuit. Previously, Poonam served as Vice President for Talent Strategy and Executive Practice at Wells Fargo India & Philippines, as well as in multiple Vice President roles overseeing Learning and Development within Wells Fargo Technology. Poonam's career began at Flextronics, where leadership positions included Senior Manager in Learning and Organizational Effectiveness and Assistant Manager in Human Resources. Early experience includes a Project Trainee role at Planetasia. Poonam holds an Executive Development Program in Organizational Leadership from the Indian School of Business and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School.
