Monica P. Reed

Monica P. Reed, M.D. has been a member of our Board of Directors since April 2021. She is an experienced leader of large regional health systems and community hospitals promoting the delivery of top-quality healthcare services. Dr. Reed served AdventHealth, a non-profit health care system, as the Chief Medical Officer from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2016, Dr. Reed was the CEO of AdventHealth Celebration and then served as SVP for the Care Continuum and Chief Learning Officer for the Central Florida region of the corporation until March 2018.

Dr. Reed founded the Reed Consulting Group in May 2018, where she currently consults with companies to address evolving clinical and healthcare needs.

Dr. Reed received her M.D. from Loma Linda University, School of Medicine, and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at the White Memorial Medical Center. She earned her M.S. in Consulting and Coaching for Change from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Monica self-identifies as African American.
