Laura Wagner

Advisor at Intus Care

Laura Wagner began their career in health care as a project coordinator at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, where they oversaw the chronic condition management program. In 2001, they transitioned to Fallon Community Health Plan as the manager of utilization and case management services. The following year, they became an independent consultant, providing program development and rate development for providers caring for medically complex populations. In 1995, they joined Neighborhood Health Plan as the chief operating officer of the Community Medical Alliance.

Under Laura's leadership, the Community Medical Alliance achieved several milestones, including becoming one of the first plans in the country to receive full accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. In 2000, Laura was instrumental in the successful merger of Neighborhood Health Plan and Health Care Consulting.

In 2006, Laura joined East Boston Neighborhood Health Center as the senior vice president of neighborhood PACE, overseeing an accountable care and provider organization called Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly. During their tenure at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, Laura also served as a board member for ElementCare PACE.

In September 2019, Laura left East Boston Neighborhood Health Center to become an advisor at Intus Care. In this role, they provide guidance and support to Intus Care's clients on how to navigate the ever-changing landscape of health care.

Laura Wagner has a BSN from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MSN from Boston University. Laura is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Rehabilitation.
