Pascal Houdayer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Senior Advisor at stratosPHere, Chairman of the Board at INULA, and Senior Advisor for Kearney's Consumer, Retail, and Luxury Practice, Pascal has held significant leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer at Orveon Global and NAOS. Pascal's previous roles also include Chairman of the Board of The Dial Corporation and a member of the Henkel Management Board, overseeing Beauty Care.
