Alice Archer

Alice Archer, BBA, CPHR, currently serves as the Senior People & Culture Advisor at Invest Alberta since January 2024. Prior to this role, Alice held the position of Senior Human Resources Advisor at Propak Systems Ltd. from December 2018 to January 2024, where the responsibilities included HR advisory functions. Alice's earlier experience includes working at FLINT Corp. from January 2013 to December 2018 in various human resources roles, including HR Advisor for the Regional Operations and Maintenance Services and HR/LR Advisor for the ConocoPhillips Surmont 2 Project. Alice began a career in human resources as an Administrative/Human Resources Assistant at Tucker Energy Services from August 2011 to January 2013. Alice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management from Vancouver Island University, completed in 2011.
