Kevin van Vliet

Kevin Van Vliet, B.Comm, CPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors at Cascade Swim Club since January 2024, and as the Director of People and Culture at Invest Alberta since November 2021, Kevin is responsible for strategic management and fostering a vibrant organizational culture. Previous roles include Executive Human Resources Consultant and Director of HR & Operations at Scovan Engineering, where Kevin managed HR for over 100 staff and complex corporate functions, as well as Lead, HR at Cenovus Energy, providing expertise to a large workforce. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta.
