Lori Deluca

Lori DeLuca is an accomplished communications and stakeholder relations professional with extensive experience in public service and organizational management. Currently serving as Director of Communications & Stakeholder Relations at Invest Alberta since October 2022, Lori focuses on strategic communications to attract high-value investments to the province, while collaborating with clients and government partners to promote a diversified economy. Previously, as General Manager of Stakeholder Relations at The Calgary Airport Authority, Lori enhanced the airport's reputation through effective communication strategies during challenging times for the travel industry. Lori also held roles with the Calgary Police Commission as Communications & Policy Director, the BC Public Service as Senior Public Affairs Advisor, and has significant analytical experience from the Legislative Assembly of Alberta and the Government of Alberta. Lori holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alberta, along with ongoing education at the University of Victoria and INHESJ.
