Melanie Claydon

Melanie Claydon is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at INVESTCORP since November 2019. Previously, Melanie worked as an In-house Recruitment Specialist at Asahi Beverages and as an HR Assistant at Numis Securities, where responsibilities included managing HR systems, recruitment processes, onboarding, payroll, and project work.
