Mohamed Sammakia

Mohamed Sammakia is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and asset management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Investcorp since March 2012 in the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed Sammakia has previously held significant leadership roles, including CEO of UBS Saudi Arabia, where management encompassed asset management, wealth management, and investment banking divisions. Additionally, Mohamed Sammakia represented the Middle East and North Africa region on the Management Committee during tenure at UBS. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director for Fixed Income Sales in the Middle East and North Africa at Swiss Banking Corporation from May 1991 to August 1998. Education was completed at Victoria College Alexandria.
