Rachelle Leblanc

Rachelle Leblanc, CAMS, is an experienced professional in the field of bank secrecy and compliance, currently serving as BSA Administrator II at Investar Bank since November 2019, after previously holding the position of BSA Administrator I. Prior to this, Rachelle held the role of Bank Secrecy Act Specialist at MidSouth Bank from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a BSA Compliance Specialist at Business First Bank from April 2015 to November 2017. Rachelle earned a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Southeastern Louisiana University between 2004 and 2014.
