Samantha Brayshaw

Samantha Brayshaw currently serves as the Group Financial Controller for Investec since November 2024. Previously, Samantha held the position of Group Finance Director at Monzo Bank from January 2022 to November 2024 and was the Director of Finance Transformation & Programme Director for IRB at Metro Bank between May 2019 and December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Controls Officer at HSBC, Interim Professional at Deutsche Bank, CAO for CIB Technology at Royal Bank of Scotland, and various finance director positions at Deutsche Bank focusing on cost optimization and compensation management. Samantha began their career as an MIS analyst at Deutsche Asset Management and ExxonMobil, following completion of a BSc in Geography from Durham University.
