Catherine Dubé

As a business executive and management consultant at Coboom, Catherine Dubé supports dozens of SMBs each year in solving complex strategic, organizational and operational problems and transforming their organizations.

Ms. Dubé is a leader of her family-owned consulting firm, which has B Corp certification, and a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec (CRHA).

In 2019, Ms. Dubé published COBOOK, in which readers can find answers to challenges related to managing, motivating and empowering work teams.

She holds a bachelor of business administration degree, with a specialization in entrepreneurship, from HEC Montréal and received a diploma from the École d’entrepreneurship de Beauce in 2015.
