Derek Anderson

Derek Anderson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment analysis, data management, and economic research. Currently, Derek serves as Associate Director at Investure, LLC, where previous roles included Associate and Senior Analyst. Prior experience includes a Data Analyst position at the Virginia Retirement System, focusing on portfolio diversification strategies, and several academic roles at the University of Virginia, where Derek contributed to coursework and research in systems engineering and economics. In addition, Derek has significant experience with the International Monetary Fund, supporting various global economic models and conducting research for international policy analysis. Derek holds a Master of Science in Systems and Information Engineering and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Trinity College.
