Melanie Evans Dejesus

Melanie Evans DeJesus is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and diversity leadership, currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Invicti since December 2020. With a strong emphasis on fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within the organization, Melanie leads the Connectiviti committee to enhance unity and awareness among employees. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Talent Consultant at ORS Partners and Microsoft Technologies Recruiter at TEKsystems, where expertise in recruiting solutions and technology staffing was developed. Earlier in Melanie's career, a foundational role as Registrar/Patient Billing at Hanover Hospital contributed to a well-rounded professional background. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History Teacher Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has additional education from Cornell University.
