Arthur Sisk

Arthur Sisk possesses extensive experience in program administration and project management, particularly within the naval and shipbuilding sectors. Currently serving as NAMTS Ashore Lead and CNRMC NAMTS Assistant Project Manager at Valkyrie Enterprises, Sisk specializes in providing execution support and guidance for the Afloat NAMTS programs. Previous roles include Project Manager at General Dynamics NASSCO-Norfolk, Submarine Damage Control Analyst at the Naval Safety Center, and leading positions on submarines such as USS Scranton and USS Tennessee. Sisk holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies with a focus on Business and Management from Excelsior College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management.
