Mary Jane Legaspi currently serves as Assistant Manager, Business Development at Involve Asia since June 2024. Previously, from June 2015 to December 2023, Mary Jane held multiple roles at Lazada Group, including B2B Affiliate Marketing Lead, where responsibilities included managing B2B affiliate segment growth and operations while onboarding high-impact partners from various industries. As Affiliate Key Account Manager, Mary Jane oversaw the entire affiliate partner operations, ensuring effective engagement and contribution to channel performance metrics. In the role of Social Media Account Manager, strategic growth plans for Facebook and Instagram were developed, alongside efforts that drove significant increases in brand engagement and Instagram followers.
