Arnoud Martens

Arnoud Martens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and digital services sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at iO in Amsterdam since September 2024, Arnoud has also been a Co-Owner at 3T Vastgoed since June 2014. Notably, Arnoud held the position of Managing Director for Valtech Netherlands from September 2022 to May 2024, overseeing significant digital transformation initiatives for major clients. Previous roles include serving as COO at Tenzinger, CTO at CarePay, and various leadership positions at Valtech and Mirabeau, where Arnoud managed operations and contributed to business growth. Arnoud holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has pursued additional professional training.
