As President and Interim CEO of Shoals Technologies Group, Jeff focuses on company growth and innovation in the electric vehicle space. With a background in private equity as an Operating Partner at El Toro Capital Management and previous leadership roles at 1.1.3 Solutions, Greenlots, and Honeywell, Jeff has consistently driven operational excellence and strategic development. Jeff holds an MBA in Marketing from Baker University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Youngstown State University.
