Tasnim Ferdouse Shushmit

Tasnim Ferdouse Shushmit is currently a Financial Analyst at IPDC Finance, starting in February 2023. Since December 2020, Tasnim has also served as the General Secretary for NSU HR Club, overseeing various professional development initiatives. Previous experience includes an internship at Bank Asia Limited in 2022 and a role as Head of Corporate Affairs at HR Mart BD, where Tasnim organized multiple workshops on key business skills. Tasnim worked as a Junior Business Analyst at AJ Trade International and began a career in customer service as a Customer Relationship Executive at Intelligent Group. Tasnim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from North South University, completed in 2022.
